Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

At LOOPTOURMERCH, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order confirmation.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

  • A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 may apply to cover payment and administrative costs.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever comes first.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for items that are damaged, incorrect, or missing.

  • Documentation such as photos and order information may be required.

  • Refunds due to buyer’s remorse are allowed, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Exchanges

  • Items not delivered due to carrier errors will be replaced at no additional cost.

  • If incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer, any additional replacement costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Limitations

  • Orders delayed due to customer errors or missed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.

  • Pre-order and custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. International Orders

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.

  • Returns or cancellations due to shipping fees or customs charges are generally not accepted.
